    减肥进行曲~~

         新年新气象~从1月2日开始减肥:忌食淀粉类和用油烹调的食物,主要吃水果蔬菜,搭配脱脂牛奶酸奶!!
         不过据说鱼类可以吃,趁超市打折买回来吃吃~~因为不能用油烹调,又没有烤箱,就清蒸好了!
         小鳟鱼去鳞,鱼身划几道,然后膛内及鱼身抹盐、蒜粉、姜粉入味,在下面垫上冻豆腐、西兰花上锅蒸20分钟!!
        
    附:鳟鱼的营养价值
         鲑鳟鱼绝大多数属肉食性鱼类,与一般淡水鱼相比,它在营养上有三大特点。一是营养价值比一般淡水鱼更高。以虹鳟鱼和大众化消费的鲤鱼为例,主要营养成分蛋白质和脂肪虹鳟要比鲤鱼分别高出13.35%和41.76%,热量高出42千卡;特别是维生素A、D、B12及B6含量很高。11种氨基酸含量,虹鳟也比鲤鱼高出许多。二是含有一般淡水鱼类所没有或很少有的DHA(22碳六烯酸)和EPA(20碳五烯酸),而胆固醇含量几乎为零。DHA对人类来说是一种不可缺少的必须脂肪酸,而且是高度不饱和脂肪酸。研究资料表明,目前我国饲养的普通淡水鱼类中,只有鲤鱼、鲫鱼含有一定量的DHA。据测定,100克鲤鱼肉中含有DHA288毫克、EPA159毫克、脂肪酸总量6.34克,而同样重量的虹鳟鱼含有DHA983毫克、EPA247毫克、脂肪酸总量4.97克。后者比前者分别高3.41倍、1.55倍和1.28倍。
         由于含有很高的DHA和EPA,使它具有如下独特的食疗作用:①降低血液中的胆固醇浓度,预防由动脉硬化引起的心血管疾病;②使血液不容易凝固;③减轻炎症;④防止癌症扩散;⑤提高大脑的功能,增强记忆力,防止大脑衰老。
