    小发糕~

    看了论坛上面各种点心配方一直就很想尝试,可惜没有烤箱不能付诸实施....
    前几天又看到某个巧手JJ做发糕~~终于找到上锅蒸就行的了!!
    在跑到PRATO中国街的点心店尝了一个好像是发糕的蛋糕后.....
    终于决定——自己也试一下!!!
    因为没有度量工具,所以那些具体的某种材料多少克到我这里都没有可操作性...
    结果就是——看着放-_-|||而且是瞎放,把家里还剩的,想到的一股脑弄进去...汗....
    放的材料有:面粉,牛奶,奶油,黄油,鸡蛋,酵母,糖,葡萄干
    然后不知道是发酵时间不够还是温度不足,好几个小时看起来都没什么变化...
    结果继续放发酵粉,把和面的盆子放在热宝上面,还用围巾围起来...-_-|||
    大概发了15个小时以上才上锅蒸。
    成品自我感觉良好,得到试吃同志们的好评~~~
