    花式馒头~

    这几天忽然迷上做面食...在发糕之后再次尝试馒头!!
    料放得足足的~味道香甜~~人人夸*^_^*
    虽然味道不错,但是我所希望的宣软口感就是出不来..
      看来还是发酵的问题!!
      发酵粉放够了啊...(足足放了一小袋)
      揉的时间够久了啊...(揉的胳膊都疼了)
      温度时间应该也够了啊...(放着热宝,捂着羽绒服足足发酵了一夜)
     抓狂!!!!
     发酵这个东西实在是我心口的痛啊T_T....
     还好宝宝尝过之后说她就喜欢这实在的感觉!!吃着过瘾!!

    还有很奇怪的就是:花式馒头卷不知道为什么蒸完后有一面好象开花一样,另一面没有...
    百思不得其解....
    这次材料:面粉,牛奶,奶酪,黄油,巧克力碎,可可粉,糖,发酵粉
